
Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Typically our standard Royal Mail tracked 48 option will take around 2-3 working days before you receive your goodies. If you can't wait to get your hands on your goodies, we offer epedited shipping by using Royal Mail 1st Class and Tracked 24. With the faster Royal Mail option, you an expect to recieve your orders within 1-2 working days. Please be reminded that Sunday or Holidays are not working days.
Pleas keep in mind that these timelines are just estimates and can very depending on factors such as order volume, shipping destination and unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions. However, we always strive to keep you updated every step of the way with tracking information so you're easily able to track your orders.

Want to return your items?
Thank you for your interest in our products! We aim to provide excellent customer service and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To that end, we have outlined our return policy below.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Timeframe
You may initiate a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to protect your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
5. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature. These include items such as Liquids, E-Books and Gift Cards.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product please indicate so when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
8. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale, indicating that they are non-returnable. Please check the product description for clarification before purchasing.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
